Mail-In Phone / Tablet Repair Service

Our mail-in repair service allows you to spend more time doing what you enjoy and less time waiting around at the phone repair shop. Additionally, our service allows you to have your phone or tablet repaired by a trusted, certified repair shop that 1000s of people just like you have trusted with their precious devices.


The process is simple:

  1. Call / text us at (951) 456-9006 to receive an accurate price quote. (Please mention “mail-in repair” when you call.)
  2. Drop your device in the mail to us
  3. Sit back, relax, and wait to receive your repaired device!

What services are offered?

We offer all standard services as part of our mail-in service. Specialty cases will be taken on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us ahead of time if you feel you have a special or unique repair.

What is the turnaround time on a repair?

Most repairs are completed the same-day the device is received. Once the device is finished and has been tested to verify the issue has been resolved, we will ship your device back to you. Usually we ship the device back the same-day or the following morning. If there are any delays with your repair, we will contact you.

How will you ship it back to me?

We will ship your device safely in a hard-walled box, cushioned by sufficient padding to ensure the device arrives to your door undamaged. We provide free tracking with each order.

How do I know my data will be safe?

We understand that the photos, videos, and other data on your device can be irreplaceable. For the majority of our repairs, your data is never touched and will stay intact. We still highly recommend that you back up your data before sending in your device for any repair. We also offer data backups at an additional nominal charge.

I don’t know what’s wrong with my device. Can you help?

Yes. We will be glad to diagnose your device and suggest the best option to repair it. We charge $15 to diagnose the device, which is applied to any repair performed.

What if my device can’t be fixed?

We have vast experience in all types of mobile device repair. We will do everything we can to properly diagnose and fix your device, but occasionally we do receive devices that are beyond repair. If we conclude that your device cannot be fixed – or fixing it would outweigh the value of the phone – we will contact you to discuss your options.
